ขอบข่ายงานบริการ

o   ตรวจสอบแบบแปลน อ.1,อ.6 ให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและตาม พ.ร.บ. อาคารชุด

o   ยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนอาคารชุด โดยจะจัดเตรียมเอกสารและยื่นแทนเจ้าของโครงการทั้งหมดจนกว่าจะเสร็จสิ้น

o   ประสานงานกับคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบ อาคารชุดทุกฝ่าย ในการเข้าตรวจอาคารชุดก่อนจดทะเบียนอาคารชุด

o   ประสานงานและตรวจอาคารชุด เพื่อให้การก่อสร้างและทรัพย์ส่วนกลางที่จำเป็นจะต้องมีตามกฎหมาย และครบถ้วนตามคุณสมบัติที่คณะกรรมการต้องการตรวจ

o   จดทะเบียนอาคารชุด,ออกโฉนดห้องชุด, ตรวจสอบวงเงินครอบจำนอง และเนื้อที่ห้องชุด แปลนห้องชุด

o   จัดทำข้อบังคับ

o   จดทะเบียนนิติบุคคลอาคารชุด

Scope of Services

o   Verify plan Or.1, Or.6 to ensure the compliance with laws and the Condominium Act

o   Apply for condominium registration, prepare the documents and submit in the lieu of the project owner until it is completed.

o   Coordinate with the all Audit Committees for Condominium in order to check the registration prior to registration of the condominium

o   Coordinate and inspect the condominium to ensure the completeness and the qualification of the construction and public property that is required by laws.

o   Register the condominium, the condominium deed , check the amount of cover the mortgage and space and plan of the condominium

o   Establish the regulations
