•มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย การวางแผนกำลังคนการตรวจตรา การวางแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น กรณีเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินเสียหายเกี่ยวกับทรัพย์สินภายในหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ
•มีมาตรการเสริมความปลอดภัยในการพักอาศัย เช่นการซ้อมดับเพลิงการซ้อมอพยพ เป็นต้น

o Entrance and exit control of the vehicles and the third party as well as remove the assets and belongings
o Traffic control – facilitate and control the traffic, control the use of public areas, and public roads within the project
o Security measures – manpower planning, surveillance, troubleshooting in case of emergency regarding to property within the responsible agencies
o Extra measure of safety for the residents, for examples, fire rehearsal, evacuation rehearsal
